Ecommerce
Supervisor
- Receive and resolve situations and problems arising related to products, orders, incorrect shipping, returns.
- Support team members to solve problems encountered at work, provide necessary support.
- Consult on products, answer questions from potential customers about the policies of sellers and e- commerce platforms via messages and hotline channels.
- Propose discount programs, shipping support, gifts... to stimulate demand.
- Work with the person in charge of e- commerce platforms to agree on the mode, shipping, payment processing, delivery and handling of complaints and returns.
- Monitor and report on goods sold through e- commerce platforms: Which products are popular and which are not, buyer feedback (positive or negative reviews on quality, design, packaging, delivery time...) and revenue.
- Maintain close communication with team members, jointly build and implement operational plans.
- Post product images and product descriptions on e- commerce platforms (shopee, lazada, tiki, tiktok, ...) that the shop cooperates with.
- Plan and run advertising campaigns on e- commerce platforms (shopee, tiktok, lazada, tiki, ...)
- Set prices ensure for comapany policy.
- Monitor store sales data, report on operations, propose solutions to improve sales, traffic, conversion rates and build best- selling products, then implement.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Analyze market trends and propose importing new products and goods when needed.
- Check and continuously update the quantity of goods to report out of stock, stop selling, limit quantity...
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with digital agencies and vendors on content creation, media buying, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging digital content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Track digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Manage and update content on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across online channels including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and company websites.
- Update and maintain company website content and landing pages.
- Support planning and implementation of digital marketing activities in line with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Support SEO/SEM activities to improve website traffic and visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Support lead generation activities through digital channels.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in budget tracking and optimization.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure timely follow- up of digital leads.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
