Ecommerce Executive

The Role:
An Ecommerce data analyst is responsible for analyzing the online retail sales data for an online business. Your job duties include generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market.
Key Performance Areas:

Responsible for analyzing performance of promotional campaigns
Consolidate EC deal list, update promotion prices, voucher schemes in all platforms
Tracking performance and in depth analysis of followers, engagement, traffic, CR, GMV, NMV, CRM, AOV, ABS, BAU and other data... daily, weekly, monthly, yearly to suggest next steps for improvements and growth of on business.
Follow up the trading contract with platforms.
Determining the company&039;s e- commerce goals and KPIs.
Overall responsible for data support of all platforms;
Analyzing e- commerce metrics and figures.

A bachelor&039;s degree in business management, marketing, or data science.
Highly organized and analytical
Able to orient data analytics insights with the end- user in mind.
Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
Have a flair for number
A team player with great communication skills
Good Ms Excel
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in e- commerce.
