ECommerce Executive ( Based in HCM Office)

- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions/campaigns and provide suggestions if needed.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to remain competitive in the market.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies in the hospitality industry.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
- Optimize rate parity across all booking platforms to ensure consistent pricing.
- Track and monitor OTA bookings to ensure that pricing is set up correctly and that gross revenue is accurate.
- Support the development of execution of promotional offers and packages.
- Manage and update the hotel’s website content, ensuring it is accurate and engaging.
- Performs updates on operating rates, including close, open, and restriction settings using a Channel Manager.
- Oversee the integration and management of OTAs

- Strong understanding of eCommerce and the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to effectively manage multiple hotels simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing practices.
- Proficiency in using OTAs extranet, Channel Manager, and PMS systems.
