ABOUT WOODCHILL
Woodchill is a Vietnam company specializing in Unique Art From Epoxy & Wood, including producing and selling our craft products on global ecommerce platforms, our website and social media. ChicnChill is one of our successful brands. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as a Global Account Manager to grow our brand on global ecommerce platforms (like Etsy, Amazon) and showcase our unique products from Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and Manage Shops:
- Set up and manage shops (on Etsy, Amazon, Shopee etc.) dedicated to promoting and selling our products.
- Upload product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high- quality images, and competitive pricing.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement ads & marketing strategies to promote our products in shops.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to drive traffic to your shops.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Sales Reporting:
- Regularly report sales and performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Having experience of running an online shop on (global or local) ecommerce platforms is a plus
- If you are a fan of animes, global games, movies, it would support your work.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Passion for art, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
