RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales operations.
Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the leader/manager.
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, manage inventory and sales channels, and develop pricing and promotion strategies.
Conduct keyword research and provide SEO consultation to ensure high- quality campaign inputs.
Explore and implement additional advertising tactics to improve overall campaign performance.
Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales reports.
Conduct market research and execute go- to- market/product launch plans.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
2- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e- commerce
Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross- functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.
Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans.
Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Will be plus:
Experience with e- commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok, … and so on.
Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP)
Passion for POD products.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: 15,000,000 – 21,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on qualifications)
All necessary equipment and tools provided for work
Lunch allowance: 800,000 VND/month; parking fee support at the office building
Public holidays off in accordance with government regulations; health and social insurance provided after signing the official labor contract.
2 month probation period with 90% of full salary
