Ecommerce Merchandiser (Beauty)

Digital Marketing & Platform:
- Work/communicate & follow with Store operation/Agency to get job done as schedule.
- Control budget expense fee (Shopee/Lazmall/TikTok.) Manage all expenses within approved budget.
- Create content/ video clip of TikTok at least 2 times/week
- Searching for more NEW opportunities for Platform cooperation
- Well communicated with suppliers for support promotion of online.
- TikTok followers to 100.000/ 6 month
- Create Glam Beautique TikTok channel to enhance more Brand Awareness and increasing sale also.
Planning Product/Promotion Campaign
- Run & upload the Mailer promotion, focus timeline and campaign of each platform.
- Prepare material upload product/content upload of all systems
- Communicating with MDs to gather all promotion information, key product forecast qty for big campaign, good cooperation with OP to well repair for manpower process order.
- Analytes data internal / google trend/market research/ competitor improving weakness point & focus strong category.
Reach KPI sales online contribute 5% total daily cate
- Allocated Sale contribute each channel
- Daily/weekly/monthly report and check sales / inventory of all platform.
- Clearly to understood which category/ product will focus on.

- Good planning, organizing and time- management skills
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in H&B/online
- Good communication skill.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
