Ecommerce Operator - Order Processing Associate

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Propose processes and solutions to optimize ECommerce&039;s operating costs
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ​

Track and check order processing progress to ensure optimal quality and time.
Regularly perform reports, analysis, and evaluation on E- commerce activities (Revenue, AOS (UPT), AOV (ATP), ASP, CR, RPR, Orders ...) periodically (day, week, may)
Monitoring, testing, and evaluating the quality of delivery services of partners. Timely detect and coordinate to offer solutions to solve problems with partners to ensure the images and quality of services of the website to customers.
Analyze and optimize E- commerce performance indicators (order processing time, delivery time, return rate, cancellation rate, out- of- stock rate ...).
Quickly support inquiries about order adjustment or Ecommerce shipping issues from customer services.
Track and control materials for the packaging and delivery of goods to ensure optimal operating costs.
Quickly handle arising orders related to customer experience.
Regularly track and report inventory to the warehouse team to ensure a sufficient quantity of goods for E- commerce is met.
Support and coordinate with customer services to resolve customer’s complaints.
Implementation of E- commerce&039;s operational processes (Tracking, checking, order processing, checking goods packing process, shipping partner ...)
Propose processes and solutions to optimize ECommerce&039;s operating costs
Perform other tasks and support when needed according to the mobilization of the manager.
Develop timelines and updates for stakeholders to set/manage order processing, return, and delivery standards.
Report information about the operating index periodically (day, month, year) to the manager.

PERSON&039;S SPECIFICATION
Relevant Experience:

Experience working with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Haravan, Sapo…)
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
