Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
主导越南招聘工作,建立高效人才梯队。
Support performance goal- setting and tracking execution.
为管理层提供 HR 咨询,支持团队建设与组织优化。
Lead recruitment in Vietnam and build strong talent pipelines.
协助制定绩效目标并跟踪执行。
设计并实施具有市场竞争力的薪酬与福利体系。
Manage employee relations, promote company culture, and enhance engagement.
