Ecommerce Sales Advisor

Follow up on exchange & return claims from online clients.
Work closely with warehouse, store team for stock arrangement & order fulfilment.
In charge of packaging orders from Stores to the Hub
Manage the end- to- end order processing and fulfillment operations.
Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities, managing the sales process.
Ensure a high standard of customer service by optimizing communication channels and resolving customer issues promptly.
Other task assigned by line manager.
Assisting with customer issues and marking customer complaint emails for escalation.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order status, shipping, and returns.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
Build professional and trusting relationships with key clients, leverage existing relationships.
Driving the sales performance of the e- commerce platform, consult clients on online platforms within leadtime standard.

Knowledge of Luxury fashion is a plus.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results- orientation.
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
More than 2 years’ experience as E- commerce Sales Advisor above, or in other related positions.
Knowledge of E- commerce site management best practices.
Flexible working locations: back office or warehouse.
Good skills in management, communication, organization, negotiation and problem- solving.
Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Ability to work independently and in team situations.
University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or related field.
Experience in working in Fashion ecommerce site is preferable.
