Ecommerce Sales Executive

Product forecast to make sure availability for Ecommerce.
Coordinate with related departments (Warehouse, Transport, Finance, QA, Commercial, IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) to deliver company&039;s products to customers.
Escalate of all problems/complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved
Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders with effective quality of work: receiving order, consult about product, process and follow up order until deliver to customer successfully.
Be a main person of customer’s touch point for orders via online channel.
Manage Ecommerce Platforms & Marketplaces.
Manage customer enquiry for all on- line channels with fast action response
Update all related issues regarding the orders for further coordinating with customer.
Find, approach and develop new customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
Weekly & monthly report, make plan to push sales.
Provide administrative activities related to order fulfillment.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales online/ Customer Service/Call Center.
Hard- working, be careful, responsibility, interested in food
Knowledge in Social Media, Ecommerce Platforms
Microsoft Office skill required
Can work in flexible schedule and respond to customer queries out of office hours

You will have:

Working time from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday- Saturday morning
