JOB DESCRIPTION:
Product Catalog & Content Management:
• Optimize product descriptions to improve visibility and conversion (SEO- friendly).
• Update and manage the full product catalog (SKUs) on company websites, including new, existing, and discontinued products.
• Check and ensure the consistency and accuracy of product information (descriptions, specifications, high- quality images, product codes) in alignment with physical stores and other official data sources.
Promotion & Pricing Management:
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and provide preliminary reports.
• Ensure online pricing is accurate and consistent with offline stores and follows specific pricing policies for various customer segments.
• Update and manage information about promotional campaigns, special offers, and discount codes on the website based on Marketing/Sales team plans.
Display & Merchandise Arrangement:
• Ensure the attractiveness and effectiveness of banners and featured product placements on the homepage and category pages.
• Regularly inspect and fix display errors, broken images, or incorrect visuals.
• Proactively organize and categorize products into relevant groups and categories on the website to enhance search and shopping experience.
Inventory & Product Status Management:
• Ensure all available products are displayed properly and contain full, correct information.
• Monitor and update product inventory status on the website to ensure timely and accurate information.
• Proactively hide out- of- stock, seasonal, or discontinued products from the website.
Customer Support & Experience Improvement:
• Receive and handle customer inquiries, requests, or issues related to website use (orders, login, product search, basic technical errors).
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure prompt, professional responses that deliver a positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Problem- solving: Quick to identify and resolve website- related issues.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.
College/University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, E- Commerce, or related fields.
Passion for and basic knowledge of the e- commerce field.
Understanding of basic e- commerce operations and UX/UI principles.
Analytical and detail- oriented mindset: Able to organize, analyze, and manage large data sets.
Personal traits: High responsibility, proactivity, ability to work under pressure.
Work style: Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
2- 3 years of experience in e- commerce operations, product/content management preferred.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with cross- functional teams and customers.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
