Ecommerce Supervisor

Ecommerce Supervisor should understand the procedure of reservation service properly, to provide efficient accurate guest information and understand the procedure of handling phone call such as:

Managing overall activation of hotel’s strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, and other e Marketing vehicles)
Reading information contained in emails, paying attention to information pertaining to guaranteed reservations and VIPs. Preparing answer inquiries replied when necessary.
Answer incoming call by standard greeting of Hotel Academy Sai Gon
To update guest amenities before arrival date and inform to all departments as to guest requests.
Assist in managing overall activation of their property strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (Marriott.com, multi- lingual global sites, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, and other eMarketing vehicles)
Analyze, and prepare reports on reservations and sales data such as room types, revenue, patterns, and top accounts
Deal with wholesale and third party electronic channels contracting and quotations from time to time, from overseas and local markets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
Computer proficient and extensive use in software programs, Microsoft Office and document control
High degree of stamina, agility, flexibility and attention to details
High levels of interaction with all others
02+ years’ experience Ecommerce in hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant
