Customer care
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, service quality, sales programs, and customer policies.
• Respond to customer reviews and handle bad reviews
• Provide an invoice when requested by the customer
• Summary of customer information minigame + congratulation information
• Provide consultations and answer product feedback from customers on the e- commerce platform (comments, Q&A, inbox).
• Advise customers on sales policies, including return policy, delivery times, and recommend suitable products.
• Manage existing and potential online customers for partner websites (wholesale) to identify their needs.
• Following support customer to warranty product
Online order management
• Keep track of confirmed and delivered orders on time on the e- commerce platform
• Synthesize the issues arising from cancellation / return orders (if any) & handled according to internal and partner working processes
• Export statement from platform & create detail packing list detail to accountant team issue invoice
• Coordinate with departments to handle partner issues: Orders, returns, complaints, payments, liabilities, other arising issues …
• Send the orders & label delivery to warehouse daily
• Tracking and complaint to platform with problem of return order
Product/ CRM content
• Publish content CRM to push customer on daily & campaign day
• Set up banner images, update product content on the e- commerce platform
• Prepare daily post content on e- commerce platform
Develop a job goals
• Willing to arrange work in coordination with internal team to feedback and answer customer following the schedule of direct management (evening and weekend) & big program.
• Make sure to fulfill the target by direct management: Response rate; Response time; Rate of positive reviews; Responding to customer reviews; On time send order & PI financial
Other jobs
• Coordinate with specialized departments to handle arising issues related to the scope of work in charge
• Other jobs at the request of direct management
• Report and send weekly work plan to direct management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from College- University in Marketing, Business Administration, E- commerce,
• Basic skills in Excel, Word
• Integrity, Careful, Enthusiastic, happy sociable
• Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
• At least 1 years working in an e- commerce business
• Basic English communication
• Hard- working, aggressive, creative
