As an Education Consultant specializing in studying abroad in Australia, you will play a essential role in assisting students in navigating the complex process of international education. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and support to students seeking educational opportunities in Australia, ensuring a smooth and successful admission to their chosen academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Provide personalized counseling to students regarding educational programs, career pathways, and admission requirements in Australia.
Assist students in identifying suitable courses and universities based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Admissions Support:
Support in admission procedure, document process and data management
Guide students through the application process, including documentation, application forms, and submission requirements.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of admission procedures and requirements for various Australian universities.
Visa Assistance:
Support in visa process (document)
Provide information on financial documentation, health insurance, and other visa- related requirements.
Offer guidance on the visa application process, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration regulations.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, fostering partnerships for the benefit of our students.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including government bodies, to stay informed about changes in education policies.
Destination Awareness:
Conduct research on different cities and universities in Australia to provide accurate and up- to- date information to students.
Stay informed about Australian education trends, visa policies, and relevant changes in the academic field.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an Education Consultant, preferably with a focus on studying abroad in Australia is a outstanding advantage
Understanding of visa application processes for international students.
Experience in education consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (4 skills); and having English certificate equivalent IELTS 6.0
Willing to study and do multitasking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In- depth knowledge of the Australian education system, universities, and courses.
