Education Consultant - Online Center (District 3)

Sales Effectiveness:

Master WSE products, presentation, and objection handling.
Adapt to both online and in- center presentations.
Personalize interactions and involve decision- makers as needed.
Develop strong closing skills and achieve sales targets.

Student Engagement and In- Center Collaboration:

Schedule and conduct advising sessions effectively.
Ensure student satisfaction and seek referrals.
Plan and strategize renewals and new students monthly.
Collaborate with DSF team and maintain good relationships.

Time Management and Professionalism:

Prepare and validate monthly sales plans.
Attend all required training and coaching sessions.
Prioritize existing students and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate CRM data and establish a daily sales routine.

Premium Sales and Service Experience:

Ability to work under pressure with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Collaborative team player
Strong interpersonal skills, solution- driven, and excellent negotiation abilities
Proficient in engaging prospects face- to- face and over the phone
Stellar communication skills in English and Vietnamese

University/College degree
Service- oriented mindset with professional appearance and confident attitude
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (education, insurance, hospitality, automotive, or fitness preferred)
