• Build trust, develop long- term relationships, and provide support to Geniebook&039;s parents and students.
• Make phone calls to potential customers using provided leads and gather feedback on their needs regarding products and programs.
• Schedule appointments with potential customers at the center or through online meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Close contracts with customers.
• Present and give presentations about Geniebook&039;s services and products to customers during appointments.
• Interact with potential customers at Geniebook&039;s events held at schools or commercial centers.
• Collaborate with the Training Department and Customer Care Department to ensure the best service quality for parents and students, helping them achieve their learning goals.
• Cultivate a "can- do" and "winning" culture with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills.
