Mô tả công việc

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential students via cold calling to generate leads and identify interested clients.
Admission Process: Assist students with university selection, document preparation,
Sales and Follow- up: Conduct proactive sales activities, including cross- sales and follow- ups, to convert potential leads into enrolled students, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Needs Assessment and Consultation (Telephone, Online or Face- to- face): Assess students&039; needs, aspirations, and academic backgrounds to offer tailored recommendations about TNE Global programs and pathways for overseas study.

Pre- Departure Support: Guide students through travel arrangements, accommodation,
visas, and orientation.
Pipeline Development: Contribute to the creation of an ongoing customer pipeline,
focusing on generating new revenue and acquiring valuable contacts.
Follow- up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact, offer ongoing
support, and nurture relationships with students, parents.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records, update CRM systems, and generate reports.
Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, international education trends, scholarships, visas, immigration policies, etc and attend training sessions to enhance counseling skills..
Events and Workshops: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in house and offline events to maximize outreach and engagement; participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote TNE Global&039;s services.
Team Contribution: Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and supporting colleagues as needed.
Ad- hoc Requests: Fulfill other appropriate requests as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies.
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record of using multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
• 1- 3 years of education counseling experience, preferably in international student recruitment.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese
• Bachelor&039;s degree or higher.

• Strong organizational and time- management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students, parents.
• Willingness to work in shifts ( Shift 1: Mon- Fri 9AM- 6PM; Shift 2: Tue- Fri 9AM- 6PM & halfday of each Mon, Sat). Total 40hrs/week.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet targets.
PERSONALITIES
• Willingness to work overtime or travel as required.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
