Factory safety management
Cooperate with frontline management team to conduct on- site safety inspections, ly handle violations and accidents, and report major problems in a timely manner to the factory director and headquarters safety manager.
Participate in the development of factories to prevent accidents, fire accidents and occupational hazards, as well as safe operating procedures for dangerous positions and hazardous equipment in factories, and to supervise the implementation.
Implement the company&039;s safety management policy and submit safety work opinions to factory director and headquarter safety manager included policy making such as security measures, unknown safety issues rectification plan and safety management improvement measures, expenditure plan as well.
Safety and health training
Conduct safety and health knowledge promotion in factory, safety and health training, education for employees, etc., and organize related safety and health activities.
Safety audit
Coordinate factory safety audit, feedback the audit results, formulate corresponding improvement plans based on the results of safety audit and supervise and guide the implementation of relevant personnel.
Receive local government departments and external parties for safety and health inspections, timely rectify the defects detected by government, and report to the relevant government and headquarters safety departments.
Safety incident handling
Actively organize rescue, participate in and guide the investigation, analysis of accidents, and be responsible for handling, statistics, and reporting.
Contractor safety management
Support company to acquire license for building, fire safety authorities, external parties’ licenses according to the law regulations and audits.
Instruct the frontline management team to train and manage contractors for relevant outsourcing of factory and safety related processes, equipment and knowledge.
Occupational health management
Conduct occupational health checks and hazard monitoring, continuously improve working environment of employees, and ensure compliance with national and company laws and regulations (noise reduction, ergonomics, etc.)
Establish factory occupational hazard control programs and occupational disease prevention programs.
PPE management
Combine the safety risks and requirements of each position, formulate standards for labor protection products, and review PPE plan and equipment
