System management
- Planning, allocating and guiding the other departments in the ISO standard document.
- Collecting data and supporting Top Management to conduct annual review.
- Control the document content when drafting new or revised; prepare procedures, work instructions, forms of compliance with environmental safety and hygiene and general social responsibility management.
- Make sure the process/document is valid according to the specific operating system requirements as ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; UL Environment 2799;
- Guiding, urging, setting up units, implementing and maintaining the management system of safety, health and environment, social responsibility.
- Conduct monthly compliance assessment in departments (making assessment checklist, assessment plan, tool evaluation, specific review content is approved).
Setting up and managing system KPIs/ORCs
- In charge of controlling, setting and implementing KPI of relevant departments;
- Regularly review, update and propose requirements on related KPIs to improve the factory&039;s system management and compliance of the factory
Compliance assessment.
- Planning internal and organizational audits, participating in annual audits of the safety, health and environmental management system and social responsibility.
- Control and guide the ISO internal audit team to carry out the Internal Audits; stakeholder assessment;
- Contact, receive and coordinate certification organizations, audit units to work on the system, customer assessment;
- Perform internal and external audit reports and follow up on corrective actions; Coordinate with related departments to collect and send corrective actions to Customers, report to Head of Factory.
- Review, system and prepare documents and records for Client&039;s audits, instruct relevant departments to prepare compliance audits from third- party, Client row;
Training
- Review and monitor training results related to safety, health and environment management systems, social responsibility conferences.
- Prepare training plans and ISO training documents for EHS distributors, management and employees as well as apply ISO documents in the world operating system.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
