EHS Specialist

Responsible for all administrative work in EHS and supervise the EHS in site. Work to all Managers to solve, follow up and tracking all issues in site.

Report EHS activities performance weekly and monthly for Supervisor/ Manager
Make plan of internal and external of environment, safety & health in site
Supervise activity of firefighting team, first aid team & safety team
Train Safety- health & environment for new workers/ visitors/ suppliers/ contractors
Manage all activities of Medical room and control occupational disease in site
Manage and issue personal protection equipment for all staffs
Others assigns (if have)
Compose and update work instruction of location/ equipment/ machines in VL factory
Do risk assessment about safety and environment termly or inf have any change
Treat and make all incident/accident investigation report
Join, follow up EHS program such as: patrol, observation, Internal audit.
Make plan of checking strictly requirement equipment as regulation
Follow up health & safety of improvement projects
Make environment report termly and safety & health report
Supervise to follow up safety rules of all staffs/ visistors / suppliers/ contractors and report all violations (if have).

Strong knowledge in EHS legal requirements ISO 14k, ISO 45k, Higg Fem, Risk assessment, Env management
Critical thinking, active, strong, work hard, team- work
2- year experience up in this field
Working place: Dau Giay Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province. We provide the shuttle bus from HCMC, Dong Nai or Binh Duong.
