EHS Supervisor

• Record all EHS statistics (number of personnel on site, number of TF’s etc)
• Driving an incident & injury free culture and ensuring the project teams and subcontractors understand and implement good safety practices during the site construction and commissioning phases of the project
• Identify potential opportunities for risk reduction
• Implement general principles of prevention for solutions or organizing of work on site (overlapping work)
• Ensure that the requirements of the project Environment, Health and Safety plan are followed by all contractors and SG personnel
• Carry out SMAT’s, Standard 8 audits, safety inspections and implement improvement actions as and when necessary
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to prevent accidents and unsafe practices
• Review and approve subcontractors safety plans, method statements and risk assessments
• Carry out site incident investigations
• Site Safety Supervisor
• Consider interference of the site with surroundings areas including existing operational areas
• Ensure tools/equipments to be used on site are conform and in perfect conditions
• Attendance of daily site briefings
• Attendance of toolbox talks as and when necessary
• Ensure all site personel is able- bodied for specific work and well safety trained before start the work

• Experienced in achieving excellent Environmental, Health and Safety Performance in complex industrial construction projects
• Vietnamese and English : Fluent
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Minimum 2 years EHS experience in the construction industry
• Proactive approach in anticipating and resolving issues, instead of reacting to issues
• Must be able to communicate issues in a clear, logical and concise manner, both verbally and in written form
