EHS Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for directly supervision some factories which assigned about EHS.
Work closely to EHS specialist in site to ensure to obtain the EHS target.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop annual EHS targets for whole BU.
Planning internal and external training annually.
Develop goals and action plans of the EHS department.
Monthly report on EHS implementation results of each BU / each factory
Have responsibility of reporting EHS activities frequently (daily, weekly, monthly)
Conduct meetings and evaluate new machinery projects and improvement projects before putting them into operation with the relevant Head of Departments.
Hold monthly meetings with whole BU and tracking actions
Others assigns (if have).
Supervise the activities of the Emergency Response Team at the BUs and organize periodic drills according to regulations
Deploying and supervise activities EHS programs for whole BU.
Deploying and supervise 5S of factory.
Supervising all EHS – fire fighting activities at the BU
Have responsibility of having final investigation report of accident/ incident on EHS in whole BU
Supervise and monitor to overcome all audit of FM global, SMETA, BSCI, ISO45001, ISO 14001 ...
Develop new procedure / regulations on EHS of TTIVN.
Work to related dept head and solving problems that arise at these BUs beyond the reach of EHS specialist.
Managing all activities and take responsibility for goals at factories
Budgeting and management do not exceed the limited EHS budget.

Other skills: proactive, strong leadership, teamwork, good communication skill.
Special knowledge: BSCI, ISO 14k, ISO 45k, Risk assessment, Environment management.
Academic: Labour safety, environment engineering, Electrical or mechanical engineering.
Years of experience: At least 4 years in same position.
