EHS Supervisor (VSIP - BAC Ninh)

EHS (Environment, Health, Safety)
Location: No 88, Vsip, Phu Chan, Tu Son, Bac Ninh
Develop and deliver internal training of health, safety and security for all staff
Manage EHSS activities to ensure the Company complies with EHSS regulations as well as internal environmental policies. These activities may include: identify risk or areas for improvement, conduct safety audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards, investigate environmental incidents and prepare reports and recommendations, implement waste management programs, control performance of occupation safety and hygiene in accordance with the law, customers’ requirement; Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future;
Set up the labor safety manual and instructions and ensure follow-up;
Guide safety operation standards, regulations and measures relating to occupation safety and hygiene to workers;
Co-ordinate with the Facility technician to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers as well as the periodically fire evacuation drills;
Implement, oversee and adapt policies and programs to improve the Company’s environmental, health, security and safety performance, ensure it complies with regulations and standards.
Co-ordinate with other outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses as prescribed by law in environment, health, security, safety for staff such as Fire Fighting and Prevention course, First Aid Training course, Safety Training courses;
Follow up with the concerned departments for checking the safety and hygiene standards in the sites/Distribution Centers/offices as well as drinking water samples;
9 . Conduct SHE program : Gemba walk, tool box meeting, 5s…or others Task from Manager
Conduct internal & external audit ISO 9001 , 14001, 45001

Job required skills
2- Background from EHS;
Language: Ability to communicate in both verbal & written English
3- Knowledge in safety and environment control and management
6- Clear communication in English & Vietnamese
Years of experience: 4-5 years of experience at Supervisor level in EHS;
5- To have ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 knowledge
4- Knowledge in 3PL, Warehouse operations is a plus.
1- Highly-motivated, Problem-solving skills;
8- Illustrate the ability to work independently or proactive to drive best practices standards
Educational qualifications: University Certificate majored in Industrial/Environment is preferable
