YOUR MISSION:
The next construction projects will start beginning of 2025, building a state of the art, fully automatic, Insect production factory in Ba Ria, Vung Tau, Vietnam and other factory in Indonesia.
As one of the key members in the engineering team, you will lead the electrical and automation team through the design, implementation and start- up phases of new green field factory projects and the expansion of existing production line projects. You will serve as our electrical and automation expert, developing Entobel standard and providing support all other stakeholders with your expertise.
The mission of the Engineering Team is to design, build and start Entobel Insects production lines, as well as to continue to develop the Industrialization Processes of breeding and transformation of the insects.
This position involves a dual focus on product development and operational execution, having close alignment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders and with different contractors in order enhancing the productivity and reliability of our Automation and electrical challenges.
After the successful launch of our first factory in Dong Nai Province in 2019, and secondary factory in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in 2023, we are accelerating our industrial deployment and launching several construction projects of insect- based protein meal production plants in Vietnam and around the world.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and evaluate technical option for achieving business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and project oversight regarding the design of Entobel production lines.
- Collaborating with multi stakeholders, contractor to develop, review and maintain the project documents, standards:
+ P&ID, Process Description, Functional Description Specification (FDS), element list, instrument list, wiring diagram.
+ Ensure that our standards/ requirements are correctly applied: Monitor and document the smooth running of Factory Acceptance Tests and Commissioning phases (Automatic/ Regulated systems, Electrical cabinets)
- Design, execute and commission electrical and automation equipment.
- Coordination with suppliers to have good quality of software programming, equipment manufacturing and installation.
- Prepare a basic design, detail design, tendering for new equipment and processing.
- Follow the work of various Automation and Electrical contractors from the project launch to the commissioning.
- Providing solutions utilizing factory automation components including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive, safety equipment and Manufacturing reporting software, etc.
- Safety and Health: Implement site HSE protocols to ensure installation work is done safely, observing all company/governmental regulations. Conducts safety audits.
- Lead new equipment start- ups in the production plants and train the production teams.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Knowledge of Project Engineering: Project planning; Project Design, Construction and investment cycle.
- Expertise in process control automation.
- Knowledge about Electrical power distribution.
- Expertise in Instruments specification and calibration.
- Skills (autoCAD) for P&ID and diagrams production
- Min, 8 years experience in manufacturing electrical and automation field.
- Strong knowledge about industrial factory power distribution system
- Expertise in programming of PLC, HMI, SCADA (preferred SIMENS automation system).
- Very good communication skills in both oral and written English is mandatory.
