Electrical Engineer - For Fresh Graduated Students - Kien Giang

• To make sure that electrical technicians are well trained by identify training needs and propose training program.
• Effectively manage spare part, maintenance materials and maintenance services
• Closely work with line manage to identify training need and propose training strategy for electrical staffs.
• Perform relevant inspection, observation to make sure that any maintenance service within the department are under controlled with good quality, correct quantity, on time and cost saving.
• Correctly judge the status of the parts to be replaced, use the right part at the right time.
• Organize and supervise of electrical maintenance group assigned by line manager
• Committed to attend any training course assigned by the line manager.
• Organize safety training, toolbox for stave, contractor before every task.
• Execution: Lead electrical team to accomplish all electrical maintenance assigned activities as planned.
• Be in charge of maintenance all automation system and machines as assigned from Line manager.
• Perform inspections, studies as to deliver correct decision of how to modify equipment to meet production requirement.
• Monitoring: To look after all electrical maintenance equipment in good working condition and safe working.
• Ensure that all modification to equipment within the plant are under controlled and documented
• Planning: Clearly define and prepare for electrical maintenance plans base of assigned task.

• GPA: = 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
• English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
• Proactive, fast learner, result-driven, focus on individual and career development
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in Aug 2022)
• Majors: Electrical Engineer
