Electrical Senior Staff Engineer

Read the drawings and be able to check and evaluate the sample.
Evaluate the sample after trial production.
Look up the BOM materials (PNPS) and technical changes in the system (Windchill). Create the PNPS document and link it to the PN.
Prepare the DR document (all documents related to product development).
Design the switch PWB, main PWB, or 3D data for mechanical or electrical.
Manage the BOM and FC costs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Automation, or a related field.
- Have experience in:

Experience in process, SMT, or NPI preferred (training will be provided for candidates without experience).
Design and test prototypes of electronic circuits.
Participate in new product development projects related to electrical and electronics

- Skills:

Proficiency in sample inspection and evaluation, technical document preparation, and writing inspection reports, including understanding Cp and Cpk.
Knowledge of technical areas including analog and digital circuits.
Strong understanding of electronic circuits, PCB/PCB- A.
Ability to read and interpret IC datasheets.

Other Requirements:

English proficiency (TOEIC 500) or Japanese (N3 level) is an advantage (minimum reading comprehension required).
Proficiency in circuit design software such as Altium and Orcad.
