Email Marketing Executive

Job Overview

This position combines customer account management with digital email marketing expertise.The Email Marketing Executive will use professional email marketing tools to send, track, and manage communications with both potential and existing clients of WorldCraft Logistics, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professional customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Use tools (Examples: MailChimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns) to send marketing emails to target customer lists but not limited to these tools.
Manage and monitor all email activities, including distribution, delivery, replies, and troubleshooting issues that arise.
Support customer engagement campaigns and maintain consistent brand communication.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, and Operation teams to ensure client inquiries and leads are promptly followed up.
Maintain accurate customer databases and ensure data confidentiality in all operations.
Track and analyze results: open rates, response rates, and engagement metrics.
Follow company guidelines and professional email standards in all correspondence.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in email marketing or account management, preferably in logistics or B2B environment.
Good command of English writing and communication – able to compose clear, professional business emails.
Responsible, detail- oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of data protection and confidentiality awareness.
Team player with a proactive attitude and customer service mindset.
Familiarity with email marketing tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
