Develop ideas and execute Community Activities, including: Festive decorations, Engaging in- store activities, Guest interaction programs to enhance brand distinction and drive guest loyalty.
Project management for new store openings: Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operation, Project, Purchasing, etc.) and with external partners (suppliers, agencies, contractors, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and consistency.
Execute overall In- hotel Communication, including: Visual Merchandising, Signage & Wayfinding, POSM, Environmental Design, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Market Research & Guest Insights (20%)
Support market trend research from both global and local markets to identify opportunities.
Assist in implementing market research activities to understand guest insights and market needs.

Hands- on, hard- working, proactive, and highly adaptive to a fast- paced working environment.
1–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Startup environments.
Strong skills in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
Willing to learn, open- minded to new ideas.
Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics, especially for space, visuals, and guest experience.
Strong interest in the startup culture, hospitality industry, and marketing operation.
