Embedded Engineer (C/C++; Linux)

Role and Responsibilities

Proposing development solution with customer:
Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications;
Conduct training & coaching junior members in software engineering development if required
Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality;
Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
Proposing architecture, solution to team and/or review, control solution of members.
Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery;

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the software development field;
Master knowledge at Embedded, Linux, Driver, OS (Linux Kernel, RTOS is an advantage).
Master knowledge at Matlab and Simulink (Embedded Coder, MATLAB coder, Simulink Coder, Code Autotgen)
Understands about Object Oriented Analysis and Design at least.
Firm knowledge at software engineering (from requirement definition, software design, implementation & testing)

Preferred skills

At least 1 years’ working experience in software development, C programming for embedded and 2 years for development with MBD using Matlab/Simulink

Additional Notes

Understanding/experiences in development process is an advantage.
Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated;
Good inter-personal and communication skills with customers and project members;
English language fluency, main focus on reading & writing
Adapt quickly with new domain, ready to work & study new technologies;
Japanese language: motivation to learn Japanese.
Able to work under high pressure.

To be trained and/or instructed by Japanese Specialists in Vietnam as well as in Japan and others;
