Embedded Engineer

Job Description

Development of devices and information infrastructure for Society 5.0, integrating the cyber and real- world spaces through autonomous continuous biometric authentication centered around humans using hierarchical AI. Specific development items include:
Proof- of- concept experiments in fields such as finance, smart gates, and healthcare;
Platform SDK development (mobile apps, PC apps, embedded devices);
Platform foundation & server development;
IoT device development kit;
Machine learning model development;

Job Requirements
Proficiency in English technical documentation;
Embedded development experience using Linux• Embedded development experience using Arm CMSIS for Bare Metal;
Embedded development experience using RTOS such as FreeRTOS;
Ability to comprehensively describe engineering problems and approach them logically and practically;
Programming experience, practical experience in embedded development;
Business- level Japanese;
Either of the following is required
Mastery of one or more system programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, with experience in embedded development using those languages;
Preferred
• Experience in the design, development, and verification of platforms with embedded microcontrollers;
• Team development experience using version control software such as Git;
• Mastery of one or more modern and mainstream languages such as Java, C, JavaScript, Object- C, Swift;
• Experience in the development and use of various authentication technologies (face, voice, etc.);
