Embedded Project Management

Currently SEHC&039;s DA & VD S/W R&D G is launching new projects for 2024. Therefore we are looking for Embedded Project Management (C/C++, Linux) talents to join our team to work with global team in India, Korea, China, etc.:

Software Configuration Management and Release/Build management.
Prepare quality documentation for product releases to market for customers.
Requirement gathering and analysis.
Keeping track of bug reports and allocating bug fixes to a release schedule.
Should be able to narrow down the problem based on the analysis of the logs and code.
National and abroad traveling involved time to time.
Product Life Cycle Management and planning / estimation of full product development.
Product feature specification definition and documentation.
Collaborate with the engineering, QA, and business team in delivery.
Measure and maximize product quality while keeping the milestone timelines intact.
Handling Market Support queries and drive critical market issues along with technical and support teams.
From feature definition to product deployment tracking and follow up.
Bring Evidence- Based Decision- Making to your communication.
Working with distributed workforce [Korea, India , Poland , UK , China, US etc ] to accomplish new feature developments and enhancements in Product.
Work closely with R&D team W/W for timely completion of feature development and ensure smooth delivery to market on time.
Product Management of Enterprise display devices with a sense of product ownership.
Ability to define a problem with well- defined scope.
Proactively engages the required resources to ensure the customer expectation is exceeded in a timely manner.

General requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, S/W Engineering or IT related field.
We are also welcome Experienced Embedded/Firmware Engineer candidates that want to become Project Manager.
Freshers are welcome.
Mastery in problem analysis, problem resolution, decision making and judgment skills.
Good in English communication for working.
Tech- savvy and passionate about building products.
Ability to Prioritize and juggle with competing priorities and make decision in ambiguous situation.
Fast learning skills and mindset required to quickly understand new technologies and new modules in product.
Ability to multi- task and manage tasks with varying priorities.

Technical requirement:

Knowledge in DTV mobile connectivity technologies [like Miracast, DLNA etc] is a big plus.
Hands- on experience on IOT product will be preferred.
Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principles.
TV Domain Knowledge [System Layer, TV Middleware, Apps] is a big plus.
Knowledge about Linux build system is a big plus.
Knowledge & Experience of software design, development.
Confirmed understanding of development processes and agile methodologies.
C/C++, Linux, Debugging Tools.
Knowledge in broadcasting streaming technologies and standards is a big plus.
