TEAM INFORMATION
EMC department focuses on solutions for Car Multimedia, developing high- quality, state- of- the- art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android- based systems. Collaborating with Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to car manufacturers. Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home and IoT solutions through software delivery to Home Appliance products.

This position belongs to the EMC department, one of the departments of BGSV.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
EMC is looking for a full- time Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects on- time, within- scope, and on- budget according to project level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Lead and manage software projects using SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
Communicate, discuss, and escalate topics to all hierarchy levels.
Plan and manage project resources effectively.
Track and report on SAFe/Scrum KPIs (Velocity, Burn- down charts).
Maintain and manage Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Incremental Development).
Organize and facilitate SAFe/Scrum meetings (Daily stand- up, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective).
Understand and apply basic SAFe/Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team).
Handle Integration Management (Project Guide, Change Management, Lessons Learned).
Ensure projects are delivered "on time," "on spec/quality," and "on budget."
Apply knowledge of Safety SW development and ASPICE processes.
Identify and proactively eliminate impediments for the development team.
Manage and support distributed agile teams.
