Embedded Software Engineer - 2 Years Of Experience - Salary From 14-20 Millions Per Month - Thu Duc/ Ho Chi Minh

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our innovative team focused on developing cutting- edge power electronics solutions, particularly in the areas of AC- DC converters and EV fast charging systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded software development, with expertise in power electronics, real- time control systems, and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Embedded Software Development:
Design, develop, and test embedded software for power electronic systems, including AC- DC converters and EV fast chargers.
Optimize software for performance, safety, and reliability in embedded systems.
Implement real- time control algorithms for power conversion and energy management systems.
System Integration:
Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers, DSPs, and other embedded platforms used in power electronic systems.
Participate in the design and implementation of communication protocols for system monitoring and control (e.g., CAN, Modbus, Ethernet).
Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute test plans to validate embedded software against system requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to power electronics and control systems.
Perform hardware- in- the- loop (HIL) simulations to verify software performance in real- world scenarios.
Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, code, and testing procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and EMC requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and tools.
Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in power electronics, embedded systems, and EV charging technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in power electronics applications.
Strong knowledge of AC- DC converters, DC- DC converters, and inverter technologies.
Experience with EV charging systems, particularly fast chargers, is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) and control theory as applied to power electronics.
Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) used in industrial and automotive systems.
Hands- on experience with microcontrollers or DSPs in power electronics applications.
Experience with real- time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with safety- critical software development.
Experience with model- based design using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) standards and regulations.

Based on Candidate’s experience and ability, salary is from VND 14,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 per month;
