Embedded Software Engineer

Participate in all aspects of the product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation, and testing.
Create and execute unit, integration and system tests.
To collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Contribute as an individual engineer to implementing new features or enhancing existing features for the product.
To meet the project&039;s deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
Adhere to the team&039;s performance and quality metrics.
Inter- group and intra- group teamwork in a multi- site worldwide development environment.
Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.
Collaborate with front- end team and test team to ensure the best solution is always in place to promote successful feature deployment.
Coordinate and participate in software design and code review.
Develop intellectual property for the company.
Analyze software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within quality assurance, time, and cost constraints.

Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
System debugging and strong analytical skills are essential.
Preferably with 2- 5 years of working experience in software development.
Experience in real- time embedded software development for communication devices or consumer products will be an added advantage.
Flexible to accommodate short notice work arrangements due to project/business needs.
Good programming skills in C/C++.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience / Proficiency in Agile / Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge / Experience with LTLTE / DMR specs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and communicate well (verbally & in written form) across different functional teams.
Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / TeTelecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
