Embedded Software Engineer (Mcu, Linux) Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex

Currently SEHC&039;s VD S/W R&D G is launching new projects for 2024. Therefore we are looking for Embedded Software Engineer talents to join our team to work with global team in India, Korea, China, etc.:
Duties:
- National and abroad traveling involved time to time.
- Requirement gathering and analysis.
- Measure and maximize product quality while keeping the milestone timelines intact.
- Ability to define a problem with well- defined scope.
- Handling Market Support queries and drive critical market issues along with technical and support teams.
- Should be able to narrow down the problem based on the analysis of the logs and code.
- Development of firmware for HTV platform.
- Development of Linux/Tizen driver for USB.
- Work closely with R&D team W/W for timely completion of feature development and ensure smooth delivery to market on time.

General Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience in embedded/firmware development.
- Fast learning skills and mindset required to quickly understand new technologies and new modules in product.
- Also open for FRESHERS.
- Tech- savvy and passionate about building products.
- Ability to multi- task and manage tasks with varying priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, S/W Engineering or IT related field.
- Mastery in problem analysis, problem resolution.
- Good in English communication for working.
Technical Requirement:
- Hands- on experience on IOT product will be preferred.
- Knowledge & Experience of software design, development.
- Knowledge in HTV Platform is a big plus.
- TV Domain Knowledge [System Layer, TV Middleware, Apps] is a big plus.
- Knowledge in MCU/STM/ARM programming.
- Knowledge in Embedded system (GPIO, UART, SPI, RTC, I2C, Watchdog, interrupt).
- C/C++, Debugging Tools.
- Knowledge in Linux kernel system; especially, in driver development.
- Knowledge in USB, DP, HDMI protocol and specification a big plus.
