Embedded Technical Consultant (Talent transformation)

Job Description

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.
Roll- out of Platform (tool) & maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Act as a main contact point to integrate new Talent platform in BGSW Vietnam.
Other tasks as assigned by managers.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of reskilling and upskilling programs for employees in the embedded systems & IT domain.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees participating in the training program.
Collaborate with all stakeholders (including department heads, team leaders, Indian Talent Hub team, etc.) to deliver training program smoothly.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience in working together with a corporate L&D environment is a plus.
Know how of IT systems ( Java & Python)
8 – 12 years of experience
Know how of Embedded systems and associated real time operating systems. Experience with micro controller
Familiar with code quality and compliance aspects (MISRA, CERT and other programming language standards)
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Familiar of various automotive standards (involving security, safety, connected systems etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
