Embellishment Executive_Chuyên viên in thêu (6 months)

- Ensure weekly/ monthly quality assurance report is communicated to relevant departments and appropriate corrective action is taken with the approval of the Heads of the Department and all records kept for review.
- Educate and guide quality checkers based on Buyer standards and quality checking parameters and ensure the quality checkers adhere to the standards and follow the checking parameters.
- Review the QA department performance and balance man power to ensure the targets are achieved.
- Ensure quality management system function properly and update the Management with quality issues and non- conformances.
- Make a comprehensive training plan for quality checkers, impart appropriate training and evaluate the performance to ensure all checker understand the quality requirements.
- Participate in Pre- production meetings and ensure adherence to Buyers QA standards.
- Co- ordinate with relevant depts. to give corrective action to solve quality issue.

- Computer –MS Office Skills
- Good communication skills
- Maintain quality production as per standards fixed by Buyer
- Graduate Degree/diploma in Garment manufacturing technology
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all Quality systems and ISO requirements
- Decision making skills
