•Be pro-active and enthusiastic and drive a number of internal events and communications
•Play an active role in the HR department and advising the leadership team

Job Description
•Lead engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of growth, innovation, ownership, speed, collaboration, and inclusion
•Oversee content creation and day-to-day management of our employee intranet to ensure employee awareness, understanding of programs and policy, and participation in events
•Conceive and Manage the successful creation and execution of company-wide engagement events
•Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations
•Improve the internal communication infrastructure across Tyme Digital to enhance the employee experience and drive business results
•Develop and deploy tools, engagement survey, and metrics for assessing employee feedback, identifying employee concerns, and monitoring overall employee satisfaction and provide actionable insight from the data gathered
•Consult with leaders to define and implement localized retention strategies
•Oversee the awards & recognition programs based on current business needs
•Collaborate and support the talent acquisition team for recruitment activities to provide positive candidate interview experience and employee onboarding experience
•Working closely with different Committees, events team and other internal stakeholders to org-wide employee events, working to develop engaging content that inspires and motivates our staff.
•Providing expert internal communications advice and support to senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, on critical decisions and messages that affect employees.
•Devising and implementing new internal communications best practice guidelines that can be understood and followed across the organization, allowing a consistent approach to local communications delivery.
