Align engagement initiatives with organizational goals and values.
Develop and execute strategies to increase employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Culture and Wellbeing Programs
Foster an inclusive environment by organizing events that celebrate diversity and cultural milestones.
Plan and implement programs to promote a positive workplace culture, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team- building activities.
Employee Feedback and Insights
Analyze engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
Develop and administer surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment.
Internal Communication
Collaborate with leadership to create transparent and inspiring internal communication campaigns.
Manage newsletters, intranet updates, and other channels to ensure employees are informed and connected.
Recognition and Rewards Programs
Design and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and achievements.
Work with HR to develop incentive programs that align with company goals.
Change Management Support
Partner with leadership to manage the people- side of organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee buy- in.
Act as a champion for fostering resilience and adaptability in the workforce.
Collaboration Across Teams
Train managers on effective engagement practices and their role in fostering a positive culture.
Work closely with HR, Communications, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee engagement.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of best practices in engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
3- 5 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or HR roles.
Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting.
