Employee Service Assistant - Porsche Centre Saigon

Objective:
Provide services to employees and organize company events for engagement purposes and the most favorable working environment.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Other duties as assigned.
· Assist HR Director in drafting HR processes and Company policies.
· Maintain accurate and up- to- date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Assist in booking flight tickets and arranging accommodation for employees.
· Make daily/ monthly reports such as attendance report, leave report.
· Assist in planning and executing HR activities such as Year- end Party, Team Building, Family Day, Annual Health Check- up, Porsche tour for Students…
· Conduct employee surveys and evaluate results.
· Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, etc.
· Assist in conducting a new hire orientation.
· Gather and conduct visa application for employees.
· Gather and conduct legal documents for expats (Work Permit, Temporary Resident Card, Driving License, …)

Minimum Qualifications:
· Dynamic, positive, confident, self- motivated and team player
· Good at writing and speaking English skill.
· Degree holder: Bachelor’s degree.
· Willing to work hard, sometimes going beyond the normal working hours.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position with a multinational company.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Take ownership when facing obstacles and problems.
