Employer Branding Collaborator, Business Operations

Work with all aspects of social media and brainstorm with the project team leader to plan, create and execute campaigns.
Keep track and update our social media pages with compelling corporate news.
Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Assist to monitor the social media ecosystem of our company (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc)
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative brand content for regularly scheduled posts, which resonate with our target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand image.
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement rate, impressions, community growth)
Work with the design team to produce creative assets, photo albums.

Creative, detail- oriented, and a natural multitasker.
Copywriting skill in both Vietnamese and English.
Proven experience in social media management with a passion for all things digital.
Have a can- do attitude with willingness to adapt to change and a constant desire to learn and improve.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
