Employer Branding Fresher

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand across digital channels, promote the company’s EVP, create engaging content, manage campaign budgets, and explore partnerships to broaden brand reach.
Responsibilities:

Research and propose partnerships with relevant communities or influencers to expand brand reach without significant ad spend.
Organize and coordinate low- cost, high- impact branding events, such as online webinars or employee sharing sessions, to engage potential candidates.
Develop a budget plan for employer branding activities, ensuring cost- effective campaigns that align with the company’s financial capacity.
Propose and execute Employer Branding strategies and programs to build and promote our brand on various channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Collaborate with Internal Communication to promote VCO’s EVP across digital platforms in Vietnam.
Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns through analytics.
Create video series featuring employees as brand ambassadors to showcase their work experiences, helping to attract potential candidates.

Ability to draft briefs for visual content and coordinate with freelance designers.
Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Experience in content writing, basic design, video scripting, and content management on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), along with project management skills.
Minimum of 3 months of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
