Employer Branding Intern

Join in initiating and producing creative products (shooting, filming...)
Assist in the development and execution of employer branding strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of employer branding efforts with organizational goals and values.
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics and feedback to assess initiatives&039; impact and identify improvement areas.
Attend campus branding events including job fairs, workshops, and office tour programs
Support coordinating employer branding events and activities, from planning to execution. Ie collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Team to plan, develop, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talents
Create and curate content for employer branding materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and recruitment advertisements. Oversee content calendar as well.

3rd/4th- year student majoring in Marketing, International Relations, or related fields
