Employer Branding Supervisor

Develop and implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP and support the Talent Acquisition team to drive a multi- channel recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees.
Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels.
Enhance brand awareness, attract brand followers, manage the brand and TCV&039;s presence as a professional, attractive employer across channels.
Plan annual activities and organize- participate in Recruitment events at universities, training centers... and be the annual focal point to maintain and develop cooperative relationships with these units.
Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Make reports, evaluate communication activities, implement content chains and propose next plans or actions.

Have skills in writing, content creation, and event organization.
Prefer major in Journalism, Marketing Communications, and related fields).
Minimum3- 5 years of experience in General Marketing/ Branding/ Digital Marketing/ Internal Communications/ Paid media or Equivalent position.
Know how to use basic video design/editing software.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
