Employer Branding Supervisor

Employer brand awareness promotion:

Build long- lasting relationships with university partners and other source suppliers
Corporate with HR Regional to promote the JFC EVP through various Vietnam channels/digital platforms.
Create a comprehensive program that enables employees as primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents.
Propose and implement Employer Branding strategies and programs to build the employer brand in various channels (Jollibee website, Facebook, LinkedIn, POSM...)
Be a leader in organizing the event internal & external Jollibee

Data analyst and measurement:

Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics
Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and making data- driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities.

Other tasks as assigned

Strong English and Vietnamese writing skills.
Proficiency with Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads, Tiktok, .....)
Attitude: Fast- Adapt, Resilient, Can- do attitude, Teamwork.
Have experience in event organizing, creating and managing contents on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms), project management.
Deep understanding of talent sourcing techniques and tools.
Minimum 4 years of experience with a strong background in Employer Branding/ Communication.
Skills: Data driven, Organization, Logical thinking, Time management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
