Job Describtion:
Support international and regional projects as needed.
Prepare detailed energy audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and cost- effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in energy efficiency and sustainability.
Energy Management Systems (EMS): Implement, manage, and monitor Energy Management Systems to improve energy efficiency.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop energy efficiency strategies tailored to project requirements.
Energy Modeling & Thermal Comfort: Perform energy modeling and thermal comfort assessments for green building certifications and energy audits.
Energy Audits: Conduct energy audits in commercial and industrial buildings in compliance with ASHRAE and MOIT standards.
Commissioning: Oversee commissioning for new projects and lead retro/re- commissioning processes for existing facilities.
Requirements:
Willingness to work internationally and undertake assignments outside of Vietnam.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in energy modeling and daylight simulation tools (e.g., Design Builder, Virtual Environment, Energy+, One Click LCA).
Educational Background: Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, specializing in HVAC, green building, or energy efficiency.
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role (e.g., Energy Auditor, HVAC Designer, Energy Modeler).
Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese with strong written and spoken English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Certification: MOIT- certified energy auditor (mandatory).
