Engagement Intern

To support HR Administration & internal event logistics as well as enhance HR engagement program which supports the company's aim of becoming the most teamwork, fun work environment, and learning culture. Make Naviworks become a dream work environment.
1. Events:
•Assist for company internal events (Annual Party, Company Birthday, Trip, Charity,...) from brainstorming to execution
•Assist to set up company All-hands meeting (logistics and performance)
Benefits for Dream Makers:
•In charge of Dream Maker’s benefits such as Birthday, Maternity, marriage, Care Program
•Assist to arrange New Dream Makers Celebration to make them align with company culture.
•Making nice decoration for promotion of Dream Makers
2. HR Communications:
•Collect and edit news/updates for Naviworks Internal Newsletter quarterly.
•Update news on Information Board
•Good connection with Dream Makers in the company to understand their expectation, team spirit and convert to engagement activities
3. HR Admin:
•Supporting on contents for all communications of DMC to Dream Makers by writing, translating documents, formats and forms from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
4. HR teamwork & other projects:
•Coordinate any events organized by DMC
•Share DMC teamwork and other projects as assigned
