As a Process Engineer, you will lead and coordinate cross- functional teams during the launch of new products (NPI/MT phases) and product transfers. You will be responsible for process design, technical documentation, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Molex Vietnam has been operating its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m2 and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high- tech products, such as high- speed connectors, cables and optical devices. Role Overview

Develop processes to set up new production lines and launch new products:
Collaborate with machine and tooling engineers to review machine and jig tool designs.
Develop operation instructions for production lines and machine setting condition documents.
Prepare for mass trial runs and ensure machine readiness for mass production. Continuously follow up on production feedback after mass production begins.
Work with machine engineers to conduct trial processes for new machines and jig tools, and set up transfer lines.
Apply Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to machine designs.
Research and study new technologies to apply in production machines and equipment.
Create detailed requirements and collaborate with external suppliers to design machine jigs and tools for new products.
Design processes, workflows, and PFMEA for products.
Troubleshoot and solve issues related to quality and technical problems due to machines and jig tool assemblies on production lines during the trial and pre- mass production phases:
Address customer claims related to the production process.
Troubleshoot to ensure the proper operation of equipment and machines.
Diagnose and analyze troubles and errors arising on production lines.
Continuously improve quality, productivity, and reduce production costs:
Collaborate with machine engineers, production, and quality teams to enhance the capability, ability, and performance of current mass production equipment, machines, and lines.
Provide feedback on new product process designs to address current chronic issues (quality and productivity) related to processes.
Support suppliers in resolving issues during the setup or trial of new processes.
