Job Summary
Supervise deployment of installation works with the objective to ensure equipment run smoothly and efficiency within established procedures and guidelines;
General Responsibilities
PRESALES SUPPORT
Prepare the compliance and design the system to meet the project requirement
Provide the cost estimation to the AE supervisor/manager
Study and understand the project technical schedule
Ensure smooth communication with other departments and BU
Define the scope of supply
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Provide related technical issues advice to service when required
Consult customers and sales on application engineering during pre- sales process
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, INSTALLATION REVIEW AND TESTING/COMMISSIONING
Survey and inspect the project site
Testing and commissioning
Develop the lay out details, document required for installation.
Monitor progress and performance of installation works from dealers, sub- contractors and suppliers; get advice for out of frame; keep management for any deviation
Review the installation.
Guide and supervise the installation.
Propose and deal with suitable sub- contractor/ship builder on the project schedule.
COMPANY TOOLS/EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Perform maintenance activities for company equipment, machines in order to increase equipment productivities and efficiencies
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Communication English, Computer skill
Project management
Familiar with industrial electric equipments (power generators, electric cabinet, genset, etc.)
Education
At least degree holder of Electric & Electrical Engineering or relevants major relating to industrial electric.
Working Experience
At least 3 year working experiences in Generator or Electrical Power business (mechanical & electrical installation and commissioning work or related works)
