Engineer (Kỹ Sư Điện)

The person filling this position will be expected to receive training at the China factory for a period of three to six months.
Under the direction of the manager, implement operation and maintenance plans for the production facilities based on the development of the plans.
Implemented appropriate solutions to technical problems as they arose.
Develop operation and maintenance plans for production facilities; monitor the implementation.
Report regularly to the manager on production performance and technical issues.
Take advantage of scheduled training at the factory in Japan or China to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Implemented quality control system in line with the plan.

Experience in production Control at manufacturing company.
Team management: Management ability to evaluate employee performance and strive for skill development and motivation.​
Proficient in English or Japanese communication (both oral and written). Chinese skill is plus.​
Technological adaptability: High interest in the introduction and application of new technologies, and a willingness to take on challenges and work proactively to establish a technological foundation for the new plant.​
